owwn.ai / Automotive

The AI assistant for car brands and dealerships that advises and books test drives.

owwn.ai knows models, trims, options and prices, compares vehicles and finds the right dealer. When someone is ready to buy, a pre-qualified lead goes straight to the dealership.

Starting point

Fast growth needs advice that grows with it.

Prospects do their research online first. They ask about equipment, range, leasing and the nearest dealer. How do you scale this advice without the quality suffering?

The industry is still hesitant

Many bots even invented equipment features for the fictitious model. Anyone advising on a car purchase must never do exactly that.

From conversation to lead

The dealer already knows
who is coming.

The lead does not arrive as an empty form. It carries what the person said in the conversation, so sales can follow up in a targeted way.

  1. 01

    Recognise purchase intent

If someone asks about a test drive, price or the nearest dealer, the assistant offers the right enquiry.

  2. 02

    Enquiry in the chat

It takes the model and dealer from the conversation. The person adds their name, email and postcode.

  3. 03

    Profile from the conversation

What the person said in the chat is passed on as a customer profile: family, current car, use, charging at home, purchase timing, trade-in, priorities and concerns.

  4. 04

    Straight to the dealer

The lead arrives with “hot” priority in the Emil Frey Group lead system at the chosen dealership. If the system cannot find it, the lead goes to the nearest one.

Leapmotor Switzerland case study

How the assistant advises on leapmotor.net.

Developed with Leapmotor Switzerland and Emil Frey Digital. It took a few months from the first prototype to an on-brand solution.

Compare models in conversation

Prospects describe what they need. The assistant puts suitable models side by side and explains the differences, almost like in the showroom.

Help after the purchase too

It answers questions about operation and technical data from the manuals of each model, which makes it first-level support for customers and dealers.

In the customer’s language

German, French, Italian and English. Three in four questions come in German, one in seven in French.

Secure against manipulation

The assistant has refused every attempt to obtain internal discounts, lead data or admin access.

Gaps become answers

“What is the towing capacity of the C10?”

The dashboard shows questions without a matching answer as a gap. Marketing adds the information as an FAQ in the CMS, and the assistant then answers it on its own.

Knowledge base

What the assistant knows about every model.

  • Website and brochures in three national languages
  • Owner’s manuals and technical data for each model
  • FAQs that marketing adds in the CMS
  • Dealers and service partners by distance
  • Prices, leasing and current offers

Your path to the assistant

For importers, dealer groups and dealerships.

The assistant builds on your existing content and systems. You see early on how it advises with your models.

  1. 01

    You supply what already exists

Website, owner’s manuals, dealer directory and access to your lead system. No new database is needed.

  2. 02

    Prototype after about five days

With your real content and in your brand’s look. Your specialists test it before prospects see it.

  3. 03

Go-live after at least two months

Depending on scope and integrations. After that, we support and develop the assistant continuously.

Outlook

From pilot to permanent channel.

The assistant advises before the purchase and keeps helping afterwards: around the clock as the first point of contact for questions about your own Leapmotor, for customers and dealers.

“What started as a pilot quickly showed the potential of the solution, so much so that we are now looking at the next steps and gradually expanding its functionality with maximum customer focus.”

Which system do the leads go into?

Into your existing lead system. At Leapmotor, that is the Emil Frey Group system. The lead arrives there with customer profile and priority at the chosen dealer.

Does the assistant invent models or equipment?

No. It only answers from the brand’s website, brochures, owner’s manuals and FAQs. If it finds nothing, it says so and offers contact with the dealer.

Does the assistant answer questions about prices and leasing?

Yes, based on your published prices and offers. The binding quote comes from the dealer.

Does it work for several brands?

Yes. Each brand gets its own content, its own look and its own dashboard. The technology behind it stays the same.

What happens to prospects’ data?

Contact details only go to the lead system and the chosen dealer with consent. We analyse conversations to improve the answers, and the data belongs to you.
